I was slightly distracted this week and I just have to share everything today.

Its been a roller coaster, one of those times I did not know if i was gong forwards or backwards and it was no fault of my own.

Here is my list of what I was dealing with:

Children on school holidays

Outside jobs mounting up

Business Launching

Radio Station Hit 135,000 listeners WAHHOO

Met a cool techie guy that super at techie stuff, had me enthrawled. (yes the geek in me creeping out big time).

4 Blogs needing re-hosting urgently and rebuilt (backups did not work) Still getting those going but hey its a work in progress and some great keywords and new tools I found so I was happy.

The good news is I am better than ever from all of this, I sit back and think wow about what I have achieved. One of my big things the Radio hitting peek was amazing, we have an amazing group of Shows and the people deliver truly good content. I had friends like Anthony Hosking there helping me and vice versa I have seen allot of good people circle around while it was like this, that I am so happy about. I realise I can be at home and have all of this.

I got some management done, I took a break when it felt on top of me and that’s the best advice I can leave you with today. When everything is overwhelming or just going on and you feel you cannot stop it, take a break regroup and it is amazing how much of a difference it makes.

Balance is extremely important, do not play out your whole life in front of a computer friends.
